Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn or unused
- Include original tags
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges

To get a different item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once your return is accepted
European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item must be returned in original condition (unused, with tags and packaging)

Refunds
